Tell us the area and the support you're after. We'll come back with what's actually open, usually the same day.

Takes about 30 seconds. No obligation, and nothing changes with your current provider until you decide it should.

Four suburbs. Real rooms, right now.

Supported Independent Living is a home first and a service second. Start with the place that feels right, and we'll talk through the house, the people already living there, and whether it fits.

Changing providers

You are allowed to change. It happens more than you think.

Plenty of people stay with a provider that isn't working because they assume they're locked in, or because starting again sounds exhausting. Neither is true.

Your NDIS funding is yours. Changing who delivers your supports does not change your plan, and it does not have to be a fight. Most of the paperwork is a service agreement and a start date.

"Be there when you need us and make sure we feel like family to you."

Your personalised journey

Four steps, and you set the pace.

Support shaped around your needs, choices and goals. No two plans look the same, so we don't start with a template.

1

Assessment

We listen to what you need and what matters to you, before anyone talks about hours or rosters.

2

Planning

Together we plan support that fits your NDIS plan and your actual daily life, not a generic roster.

3

Implementation

We deliver your support with clear communication and regular check-ins, so nothing quietly slips.

4

Review

We review your support and adjust it as your needs change, because they will.

Why families stay

Thirteen years of doing the unglamorous part properly.

Anyone can write a values page. These are the things you can check.

For support coordinators & referrers

The placements other providers hand back.

If you are trying to place someone with high physical support needs, or a Behaviour Support Plan that needs implementing properly, you already know how short the list of providers gets.

We are Module 2A approved for BSP implementation and restrictive practices, with registered APO capability in the team. We work alongside allied health, behaviour support practitioners, support coordinators and plan managers rather than around them.

Same-day response

Referrals answered quickly, because a participant in crisis cannot wait a fortnight.

One point of contact

You get a person, not a ticket queue, for the whole placement.
